This E-Sign Consent Form ("E-Sign Consent") is provided by Mainshares LLC (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") to inform you ("you" or "your") about the use of electronic records and signatures in connection with your use of the products and services, and participation in transactions listed on our site. By providing your consent, you agree to conduct business electronically with us.
Electronic Delivery of Communications

Paper Copies
Upon your request, we will provide you with paper copies of any Communications previously provided electronically.
Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to discontinue the provision of your electronic Records, or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide electronic Records. We will provide you with notice of any such termination or change as required by law.
Consent
